The number of injections you will need will depend on the type of neurotoxin used and your individual needs.
- 1 week before the treatment: You should avoid taking blood thinners such as Aspirin, NSAIDs (Ibuprofen, Advil, Motrin, Aleve, Vioxx), St. John’s Wort, Fish Oil, Ginseng, Gingko, Biloba, and Vitamin E supplements (these may cause bleeding and bruising at the injection site). Please let us know if you are taking Coumadin or Plavix.
- Avoid alcoholic beverages 24 hours before treatment.
- Schedule your neurotoxin treatment at least 2 weeks before a vacation or special event.
- Let us know if anything has changed in your medical history since your last appointment.
- If you have previously suffered from cold sores, you may need medications to prevent their recurrence.
- Arnica Montana and Bromelain tablets may help prevent bruising and swelling. Refer to the manufacturer’s instructions or call our office for instructions.
- For 1 week after treatment: Prevent taking blood thinners, as listed above.
- Avoid massaging the treated area.
- Repeated treatments will produce the best results for wrinkle removal.
- Avoid lying down for a minimum of 4 hours and physical exercise for at least 24 hours after treatment.
- Exercising the area of the treatment is recommended (Frown/smile for 1 hour).
- It may take 3-10 days for treatment effects to appear. Benefits may last for three to six months.

Basic Testosterone bundle

This includes your personalized dose of testosterone injection, clomid and anastrozole if indicated by our medical provider.

Your personalized dose of twice weekly testosterone injection (Monday morning and Thursday evening
intramuscular for best results). Sub-Q injections are adequate and effective and better tolerated.
Clomid (Clomiphene Citrate) 50mg pill every other day. This helps boost the testosterone levels but also
aids in sperm production.
Anastrozole 0.5mg pill twice weekly. Anastrozole stops testosterone from converting to estradiol. This will prevent a high estrogen level in your body. It is included in your monthly testosterone package but not every client will need to take this. We will discuss the necessity at your follow up after your labs are reviewed.

Example schedule: Inject testosterone Monday and Thursday. Inject Pregnyl/HCG Sunday and
Wednesday. If indicated: Anastrozole Tuesday and Friday.
