Lipo-Mino-C Weight Loss Injection:

Lipotropic injections are supplements used for fat loss. These are composed of compounds that assist in the breakdown of fat during metabolism in the body. Common components of these injections are often amino acids and vitamins, such as B12, that may help facilitate weight loss. The ‘Mino’ in Lipo-Mino-C might suggest the inclusion of certain amino acids in the injection. However, the precise formula and effectiveness of such injections can vary widely, and more data would be needed for a specific analysis.

Vitamin B12 Injection:

Vitamin B12 plays a crucial role in energy production, helping combat fatigue and boosting overall vitality. It also contributes to the formation of red blood cells, promoting healthy oxygen transportation and preventing anemia.

Toradol:

Toradol, also known as ketorolac, is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is commonly administered via injection. It is primarily used for short-term management of moderate to severe pain, such as post-operative pain, musculoskeletal pain, or pain from kidney stones. When administered, Toradol can have a faster onset of action compared to oral NSAIDs, providing more immediate pain relief.

FAQs

Peeling generally lasts from three to five days, depending on the type of peel. In order to enhance healing and results, it is important to use a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen. After the peel, you can resume normal activity, but heavy exercise and sweating should be avoided for two to three days.

This peel’s effects can last up to ten years, so it’s done only once. You won’t need repeated treatments.

  • Do not expose yourself to the sun or use tanning beds two weeks before your treatment.
  • In order to achieve optimal results, it is recommended that you pretreatment with Retin-A, Retinol, or another retinoid product for a minimum of two weeks prior (the longer, the better). To minimize burning and stinging, these medications should be stopped 2-3 days before your peel.
  • It is recommended to avoid waxing and/or chemical depilatories for one to two weeks before getting a peel. Threading and shaving are allowed as long as there is no irritation to the skin.
  • For sun protection right after your peel, bring a wide-brimmed hat or use an umbrella.
  • During your procedure, wear a comfortable, washable top that does not have a high neckline.
  • There may be mild redness in the area for a few hours to two days, similar to a mild sunburn. Each person will have a different experience. After treatment, you should see some flaking within two or three days. Flaking can last for up to five or six days. There will be only light to medium exfoliation with all PCA Peels.
  • For at least two weeks afterward, wear sunscreen during daylight hours. Wear sunscreen even if you’re staying indoors since ultraviolet radiation can penetrate windows and fluorescent lights. Even a small amount of sunlight can cause brown discolored patches on the skin.
  • Use a mild cleanser (such as Cetaphil or Dove) to wash your face twice daily.
  • Apply a mild, thick moisturizing cream at least twice daily. It may be applied more frequently if you wish. CeraVe Healing ointment or Aquaphor ointment can be used on extremely dry patches. You can purchase them at most drugstores over the counter.
  • During the healing process, do not pick or peel at the skin. This could cause excessive redness or scarring. Eventually, the skin will slough off.
  • Makeup can be applied if desired, although this may exaggerate the peeling effect. To remove makeup, do not scrub it off. The sloughing will remove it from some dried skin patches.
  • Do not use glycolic washes, Retin-A, Clarisonic, or other anti-aging products until your skin fully recovers.
