I’m excited to introduce to you, Lexie Phelps. Lexie is our highly skilled office manager and lead medical esthetician. She was born and raised in Southern Illinois and lives with her husband, Chase and two young boys. Lexie graduated from Rend Lake College in 2020 and has been working in the medical field for approximately 11 years. She has a vast knowledge of medical grade skin care and is looking forward to sharing her ideas with her clients to help them achieve their skin care goals! Meet Melissa Bertschi
Skin Care Therapist
Melissa Bertschi is from Mount Vernon, Illinois and lives with her husband and 3 sons. For the past 14 years she has worked as an educator at Rend Lake College teaching cosmetology, esthetics and nail technology. She has decided it is time to step away from the classroom and back into the treatment room where her true passion resides. She has taken multiple courses at the International Dermal Institute, True U University and Aesthetics Exposed which has also strengthened her knowledge on the health of skin, skin types, conditions and how to treat them and she takes each client’s skin health very seriously. She loves working with her clients to create the best overall skin health journey and tackle each challenge they may be facing. Melissa is excited to begin her journey at Frost Aesthetics as a skin care therapist and looks forward to seeing her clients in her treatment room!
Meet Tiffany Schwartz

Hello! My name is Tiffany Schwartz. I am a Registered Nurse and have my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from McKendree University. I love being a cosmetic nurse because it allows me to help people feel more confident in their own skin. I enjoy using my esthetic eye to help enhance my client’s natural beauty. I am passionate about partnering with my clients and educating them through the process to customize a treatment plan that is best suited for their goals.
